I went shopping at 11:10 on a 401 today, getting home at 12:10 on a 407. Got 100 regular garbage bags for $20 (40 for $8.99), on-sale Jergen's Ultra Care Restoring Argan lotion in 100 mL / on-sale Jergens Original Cherry Almond lotion in 600 mL since I'm running out, store brand lemon dish detergent, on-sale Lindt mini Gold Bunny with mini Easter eggs, on-sale Russell Stover milk chocolate Iddy Biddy Bunnies (50!), on-sale Russell Stover coconut cream / marshmallow and caramel / strawberry cream / caramel / marshmallow Easter eggs, on-sale Russell Stover marshmallow and peanut butter Easter bunnies x2, on-sale Reese Easter eggs stuffed with Reese's Pieces, an on-sale Waterbridge Spring Masterpiece box of Swiss and Belgian chocolates, on-sale Febreze Fabric Refresher, a $5 box of Girl Guides chocolate and vanilla cookies, Gillette bar mop towels x8, a yellow LifeCandy shower pouf, and Heinz white vinegar 1L x3.

It was the first time that I had to board on the back of the bus with my Asian old lady shopping cart because the front area is blocked off with a rope - easy BEFORE the shopping cart, but not so much afterwards! At least I was able to get on and off the bus home - a poor lady in an electric scooter had to find another way to get home! I still think the bus driver was bitchy because I have mobility issues, and I should have noted down her bus number so I could report her later! UGH!

Hungry-Man turkey microwaveable meal, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn on the cob, and an apple cranberry dessert for my Easter Monday 2020 dinner!

48 Z-Grip Pens (December 18, 2019) from Staples while I was out anyway / a backup K120 USB keyboard, a backup Certified Data Deluxe Optical mouse, 2000 Flushes with Chlorine, Paul Newman's Alfredo sauce for next year, London Naturals unscented dish soap, Vim bathroom cleaner from London Drugs / half-price JOY dumplings x4 (Pork and Tri-Treasure, Lamb and Onion, Pork and Vegetable, Pork and Chives), Earth's Own almond milk, another Hungry-Man Queso XL bowl, and $9 Saniderm hand sanitizer x4 (the limit) from Price Smart equals another productive shopping trip! I should have gone to the pharmacy next door YESTERDAY since it looks like they're closed for ALL the Easter long weekend! Some dude wondered if the entire building was closed - looked like it to him when he peered in. Oh well... I left at 1 on a 401, and returned at 2:50 on a 407.

This bus seat right behind the bus driver is Out of Service because of the coronavirus pandemic! I was standing on the bus (technically not allowed now) and it was moving, so this is as good a photo as I was going to get.

It's St. Patrick's Day 2020 today! I went out at 1:50 to get 1.14 litres of regular Bailey's from the liquor store, 3 pounds of Parkay margarine / 300 Mead index cards / Cinnamint, Fresh Mint, and Spearmint Mentos gum x3 / NEW limited-edition Olympic Dairy raspberry-cranberry yogurt from Price Smart, and six more on-sale Angel Oak oversized towels / Arm and Hammer laundry detergent for 50 loads from London Drugs with my handy shopping cart. Got home at 3:30 thanks to a 407 bus driver who waited for me to get on the bus. Went out again at 5 to get an on-sale Strata 65L (65-litre) clear blue plastic tote / storage box from London Drugs - I can't fit it in the shopping cart, man! Since I was there anyway, I got two on-sale bags of Old Dutch corn chips (original / BBQ) and an on-sale jar of Lindt DARK chocolate spread.

Got home at 6 on a 407 to do even more laundry! Somebody stopped my dryer load so they could put theirs in. I put bleach in their load when I discovered this. YOU PISSED OFF THE FIRE DRAGON! How selfish of you! I FINALLY finished my laundry at 9:30! JESUS CHRIST!

COFFEE TIME! I showered and did laundry today, like the red dragon hoodie with white flecks from Steph's laundry detergent OR leaving it in the washing machine for days, AND Jon's socks which Harmony loaned me - the hoodie now looks awesome again, thanks to white vinegar! I called Chrystal at work at 3:15, and 7:30 on the 24th sounds like a great time to catch her up on my trip! The Canucks played the Panthers today at 4, and lost 5-2. Eric can give me a ride to church and UBC on the 19th for Hiero's party, thank goodness! His hockey is at UBC, so I'm glad I remembered that little detail. Rishu also wants to reschedule tomorrow's appointment since she's sick - fine by me, since I don't particularly feel like busing in the potential snow!

Note to self: It's much easier to find lotion in any amount at London Drugs than Shoppers Drug Mart, for sure!

Decided to go to the Bay at 11:45 (just managing to get the 401) to exchange that purple Wenger suitcase for a darker one; luckily, the older lady wasn't working there to give me more nonsense about how I should only maneuver it forward and not backward! Successfully exchanged the rain-soaked purple suitcase for a a similar charcoal one instead, then decided to get some on-sale $22 Jockey underwear x3 since I'd have to do laundry later anyway before going to the Shoppers to fruitlessly look for lotion, AGAIN! I did get on-sale $2 Palmolive dish soap x2 in Green Apple and Oxy scents, though.

Walked to London Drugs and successfully found lots of 100mL lotion tubes, so I selected a Jergens Ultra Care Restoring Argan Oil before finally getting home at 1:50 on a 407 to do some laundry. Some mother in line sighed resignedly when I politely asked if I could go ahead of her since I only had one item - she showed me her basket and said she only had four items (all toddler stuff), but she GUESSED I could go ahead if I REALLY needed to... YES, I DO! ONE ITEM TAKES PRECEDENCE, AND SOME PEOPLE HAVE BUSES TO CATCH! The Canucks played Carolina tonight at 7, and won 1-0 on Petey's goal. PHEW!

Before Paulo dropped by to share the Gizella mango cheesecake, I took a shower and threw some stuff away in the old Nester's Market reusable bag. He showed up at 4; of course I didn't mind if he rested on the couch while talking about Darryl, Nate, Steve's new car, Jeff inviting him out for wings special at 12 Kings tonight (and Jeremy shit-talking him for that), V4F not being an exclusive club, reasonable "no disruptions" rules for meetups, his coming back to servers eventually (he can take all the time he needs), HURTS not being a great first word to use in public for the baby (what will people think?!), what people said about him, and seeing people in Oregon like his cousin. It was good to see him again - he left at 5, which is pretty reasonable. HE TOOK THE MANGO CHEESECAKE WITH HIM?! I immediately took the Dr. Oetker strawberry cheesecake out to thaw in the meantime - BACKUP CHEESECAKE!

I went out at 6:50 on a 401 to Price Smart so I could return the extra pasta and laundry detergent. The customer service girl Hannah was pretty slow because she lost her override privileges. Then I got NEW Dr. Oetker Canada Salted Caramel / Chocolate cheesecakes (NOT at Safeway?! NICE!), NEW on-sale Miss Vickie's Signatures chips (Citrus and Black Peppercorn / Apple Cider Vinaigrette and Shallots), NIVEA Pearly Shines lip balm, (on-sale) Western Family potato and cheddar cheese perogies / melatonin / bean and bacon soup / key lime Greek yogurt / blueberry-pomegranate yogurt / large flocklined rubber gloves / no salt added pieces and stems mushrooms / sliced mushrooms, and UNOPENABLE Winter Creek oysters before returning home at 7:40 on a 407. Slightly later, I had the now-thawed strawberry cheesecake - IT WAS GOOD!

I took a shower, did some laundry, and had COFFEE TIME before Eric Ho texted me to cancel the BC Lions-Edmonton Eskimos hangout since he had to to stay at work till 7:30 or so. (he COULD say no, but maybe not!) "Are you coming? Yes or no." "Yeah, I have to stay a bit later, so text you later since I have to take a raincheck on the hangout." Fine, I'll just use my $10 off coupon by myself with no heavy things! I went to London Drugs first at 3:10 to get four DEFINITE big reusable bags (I only had four small ones?!), a dark green MARTEX bath towel, a shopping cart with a cooler bag ($54.99 to $24.99 SALE!), and two more London Naturals foam scour sponges.

Luckily, I was able to sort of tuck the cart under my arm and then waited for the bus home - got there at 4:05 on a 401. Later, I went to Price Smart with my $10 coupon at 5:35 on a 401. After COFFEE TIME, I went out at 2 on a 414 to see Rachel at the Caring Place. I also went to Price Smart to pick up some Western Family lemonade at the customer service desk: Classic Lemonade and Raspberry Lemonade! Then I went to London Drugs to eventually buy an on-sale Spiderman / Spider-Man Funko Pop toy for Ayler's birthday, an on-sale Zookie Slappy stuffed puppy toy for Beckett's birthday, on-sale iron pills, and pads. Last stop was Shoppers for some President's Choice Blue Menu butter chicken cooking sauce for my white rice (I couldn't find the on=sale Arroy-D curry sauces at London Drugs for some reason), NEW Hershey's Cookies and Creme sweet and salty Popped Mix, and NEW Hershey's Cookies and Creme sweet and salty Popped Mix.

Since my bag was already heavy enough, I opted to stop by my place at 4:05 to unload and draft before going out again at 5:20. Besides, I had to take clearer photos of all the lemonade than what was available online through a quick Google search! At the hospital bus stop, I had the distinct displeasure of encountering an openly racist white smoker skateboard guy who spat at me and called me a C-word rhyming with THINK. Like I said to the white lady standing at the bus stop, this city is 50% Asian AND was built on the backs of Asian laborers! Someone doesn't know or care about their history...

While I was at Richmond Centre anyway to take advantage of the wi-fi to POST the lemonade photos to Facebook, I got some takeout dinner: chicken and beef special combo with rice, kimchi, and broccoli plus Pepsi from Koryo Korean BBQ. Then I walked to the other end of the mall to see if I could fix my text message sending and notification problem at Wireless Wave. I was amazed when I could recognize Walter without my glasses, and he fixed the problem by testing it with his phone! He said to say hi to my parents - sure, why not? Then I went to London Drugs for some Method dish soap: Lime and Sea Salt, Sea Mineral, Clementine, and Lemon Mint. I saw some NEW Dawn Botanicals dish detergent, so got the Aloe Water before having to wait for the next 407 and finally getting home at 7. The elevator is STILL out at London Drugs plaza - ugh! I got PLENTY of walking done, and also made dinner plans with Steve and Paulo for tomorrow: the Richmond Centre White Spot at 5-ish it is. Steve said, "No pork, no chocolate, and no spice," so that pretty much leaves us with "boring" bland white people food.

I went out to London Drugs at 12:15 on a 414 (just missing the 401) to get Gillett bar mop towels x4 (I haven't bought them since January 2017?!), on-sale $2 Arm and Hammer All-in-One Complete Care Whitening Gel Toothpaste baking soda toothpaste with gel, on-sale Seventh Generation dish detergent (Free and Clear / Lemon), and on-sale Palmolive dish detergent (Green Apple and White Lily!) - I got home at 1:05 on a 401. The Canucks played the Hurricanes at 7:30 tonight, and lost 5-2.... UGH! I also showered tonight.

I went to the pharmacy next door at 1:30 to refill my prescription, showered, and did laundry today. Then I went to H and M to see if I could get sweatpants. No luck at all, even when I dragged an associate across the store! At least now I have the phone number and (mow that I'm home) the proper tag numbers for my preferred style of sweatpants! 604-279-1811 AND 063 658 68! When I got home and organized stuff, I called the store - they don't have that one because it's popular / best-selling, but will have a shipment in very soon, and said I should call in the late afternoon or early evening. Okay, then!

I got on-sale Arm and Hammer 50-load laundry detergent and store brand garbage bags at Shoppers, and on-sale bulk pads x2 (saving $1 per package) at London Drugs (just missing the 407) before hauling the heavy stuff home at 2:50 on a 401, having to get off one stop earlier because of the road closures and construction! Gotta remind white Eric about that soon... I also found a random Bench / Body men's underwear in her dried laundry. o_O

January 1, 1970 00:00:00 UTC was the beginning of time... for computers that use C-based time systems that is. ... which also happens to be 1969 December 31 4:00:00 PM PST. (short version: Someone at Discord screwed up, and it used a time value of 0)

After COFFEE TIME, Barry picked me up at 10:15 so we could finally go to Dr. Wise's office downtown for my eyeball ultrasound follow-up: MORE PAPERWORK AND APPOINTMENTS! We discussed my nephews, therapy, serial killers using white vans, Ted Bundy, the Green River Killer, Paul Bernardo, BTK, and more. When I got home at 12:25 (after Barry went into "robot mode" and blamed jet lag from Japan), I chilled for a bit. I'll have to go to Dr. Wise's office again for another follow-up appointment on November 29 because of my dense cataract needing to be measured by the UBC Eye Care Clinic on Willow Street. AIYA!

Then I called Barry about my successful Nov. 15 appointment rescheduling with the UBC Eye Care Centre when I called them about it at 1:40. It'll be at 9:15 AM on November 15 [which means he has to pick me up at 8:30 AM because of rush hour] instead of 3:30 PM on the same day. That works better with his scheduling because the Pathways office closes at 4. At least I had a lot of time to write out my plans on index cards and my Wordpress Drafts, plus message CANUCKS NATION about it without other people wanting my attention RIGHT NOW! If it weren't for that, things might be better in that way, but Jimmy IS a narcissist...

Later, I went to London Drugs on a 401 at 5:55 for replacement Garnier Fructis orange Marula Oil shampoo and conditioner / Ivory original body wash, and a purple replacement LifeCandy shower pouf. I also bought two red $2 Cannon / Grand Patrician MARTEX washcloths, on-sale Brookside Chocolate bars x2 for Jon's birthday in November (Roasted Almond and Sea Salt / Cranberry Almond with Blood Orange Flavor), Waterbridge Connoisseur Premium Liqueur chocolate brandy beans (Christmas stuff on sale at the stores already before Halloween...), bulk Always pads, original Dawn dish detergent, and Purell hand sanitizer x3 before getting home at 6:45 on a 407. My first actual shopping trip to London Drugs / this particular London Drugs store after certain things have happened! Woo!

After COFFEE TIME, I went out at 2 on a 414 for my appointment with Rachel at The Caring Place. Then I went to get 48 on-sale chewable Pepto-Bismol tablets at London Drugs. The pharmacy next door has a bottle of 24 for $6.99, but the sale price of $8.49 at London Drugs is better, especially since the pharmacy doesn't have the bigger size. I also got on-sale store brand plastic wrap, 400 Mead index cards, and on-sale Dawn dish detergent before getting home at 3:55 on a 407.

Today is Left-Handers Day! Andrew M. came by after work (not tied up in Coquitlam) to pick up his final $50 payment of $300 for the computer payment schedule started in May, and the computer work done in late June. What a time these past three months have been, especially with Jimmy and everything! Andrew also had that computer chair which he mentioned on July 11, so that's good. He came by at 10:25 to pick up the $50 and drop off the muted pink computer chair with wheels and tilting action - yup, the grease spot was prominent, but it wasn't terrible. All I gotta do is clean it: rub Palmolive on the washcloth and make sure just to blot it and not spread it all over.

Edit at 11:30 -- I rubbed it out before bed (hehehe), and it seemed to clean out okay with the Palmolive Original.

That also gave me some stress because the bill was twice as high as it should have been, and I had to make a new Shaw ID and secure password at their website! Damn technology!

I went out at 3:15 on a 401 to London Drugs since I got my tax refund in my bank account. Mailed an Easter card and assorted stickers to Fraser and Henry, and mailed a birthday card to Vanessa in Langley. I got two small reusable bags and one large reusable bag for Jimmy (all with the 100th Anniversary design and logo), sponges, NEW PopCorners Smokin' Jalapeno with White Cheddar crisps, Dawn dish detergent x2 (lemon and original), L'Oréal Men Expert hair products x3 (glycerin 3 in 1 / taurine and arginine shampoo / ceramide shampoo and conditioner), and NEW Scrub Daddy sponges and scrubbers. Just managed to get the 407 back home at 3:45, too!

I went to London Drugs on a 401 (just managing to get the bus in the intermittent snowflakes) at 11:55 so I could get one more two-pack of Designer Workshop pillowcases since the half-price sale ends today. I got THE WRONG SIZE - I DON'T NEED KING SIZE! Also got a NEW steak and mushroom melt from Subway, and on-sale Reese's peanut butter and chocolate hearts x3 / a Cambridge cutlery set / rubbing alcohol. After I got home at 12:30 on a 401, I paid my Shaw and hydro bills online. I'll shower later at some point.

Edit: I went back out at 3:20 to see if I could return / exchange the king-size pillowcase pack. Thank goodness I could! I bought Alter Eco Pacific organic chocolate x3 (Brown Butter / Salt and Malt / Blackout) for Harmony's birthday, Palmolive Oxy dish detergent, and two properly-sized pillowcases! I got home at 3:50, and it was time for some white tea!

I was going to go out today, but there's still too much snow around Richmond! I went out at 4:25 to do some shopping at London Drugs: lots of chips! I dreamed that a bunch of us were going around in mine carts to see Vernon and Joe Yu. Steph sent me an email saying that Fraser was playing with his toy phone at 7:30 their time; she asked who he wanted to call, and he said "A-ma"... CUTE! At 12:35, I called Chrystal to see when a good time would be for us to get together this month. I went out at 2:40 to get more on-sale President's Choice Blue Menu Six Bean Medley cans at Shoppers Drug Mart as long as they're still 99 cents!

I went out at 2:30 to catch the next 401 and hopefully check out the Steveston Salmon Festival / Richmond all-day street party at Steveston Village. I went out at 1:10 to London Drugs so I could mail a card and stickers to Fraser EARLY for his second birthday, and bought a small Jersey Milk chocolate bar / Ragusa Noir dark chocolate bars x2 for me and Eric Ho / on-sale Lindt Fudge Swirl chocolate truffles. I went out to Richmond Centre at 11:30 to see if I could get relatively inexpensive new shoes from Payless. I tried opening an Arm and Hammer toothpaste tube today, and it COULD NOT BE OPENED, so I threw it out! I went shopping at 3:55 today after COFFEE TIME: I was planning to get a sandwich, discount Halloween chocolate, and some sensitive toothpaste. I went shopping at 4:15 in the rainy weather on a 401 today at London Drugs for a 4th birthday card for Hiero (cupcakes!), on-sale Arm and Hammer laundry detergent (a 50-load bottle!), 200 index cards, and some big Ziploc bags x2 for a total of 40.

Turns out I get a temporary debit card until I can get a new one in the mail. After COFFEE TIME, I left at 4:40 to get to Jeremy's for white Eric's birthday dinner in the HOT weather! I managed to get a 99 bus that dropped me right in front of Kingsgate Mall, but the transit security officer said that I should wait two seconds for the bus to stop. Yeah, I know that, but you're directly in my way! I bought a Western Family Swiss 72% dark chocolate bar for Eric (because anything from home would probably have MELTED on the way to Jeremy's), some on-sale Vancouver Only lemon dish detergent, a Lever 2000 Pure Rain body wash (which seems more easily openable right now, so I'm using it immediately), and some Old Spice Denali body wash at Buy-Low for the Gwei Lo before cutting through Dude Chilling Park to get to Jeremy's. To my mild surprise, dinner was already in progress after Eric joked about whether I really wanted to come in. No, I want to sweat my ass off all evening instead! I gave Eric his birthday card and chocolate bar, and told him that Steph said hi and HAPPY BIRTHDAY, too!

Ayler and Hiero were there, and acknowledged my presence by saying that I was sitting diagonally from them. We had fish tacos, fish sauce, coleslaw, a simple tomato salad, and hibiscus juice. It was fine, and it was only $8 for me. Randal was there, but I barely acknowledged him. I saw white Eric #2, which was a surprise. I played for a bit with Hiero, who wanted to steer the blue car through "traffic" and went over the barrier of Christon's foot. We watched Japanese babymetal music videos by きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ (thanks to Stanley - who's getting married on November 18), some Albert Ayler, and even a bit of a TedTalk thanks to Hiero pressing a bunch of computer keys. Ayler said that he can walk to kindergarten some of the days, which makes sense!

The kids went home early after excitedly watering the plants. Jeremy asked me if I knew what a literal douche (the stuff which is sold in stores) was when I got back from the bathroom - I said that Christon would have to look it up himself! Then we watched Kendrick Lamar (thanks to Stanley) and Tyler the Creator before Jon thought we could all go to Twelve Kings for a pint. Eric and I just opted to go home afterwards, which was great for me and my alone time! I got home at 8:15 after discussing Whitney Houston / Erykah Badu / my tentative sushi plans with Eric.

From Julie: I know you're upset. Why don't you post something passive-aggressive on Facebook and not explain the situation. That usually helps.

Apparently, there was a lunch at the lards' place today, so it was COFFEE TIME before I left at 10 to do some quick shopping at London Drugs: a new coffee mug, new Glacier Speed Stick deodorant to replace my Speed Stick with Irish Spring deodorant from 7 July 2015, new store brand lemon dish detergent, and a new $5 book about 100 animals for Fraser. Luckily, Steph could pick me up from King Edward station! Lisa was at least a little bit late, but that was okay: she said that Steph's ceremony yesterday was moderately boring, but that was okay. We had congee, macaroni and ham, plus Chinese doughnuts for lunch while talking about Auntie Eva / Auntie Paula / Harmony / Ayler / Hiero / Jon and transit / Stanley / Ben and Erin / Daniel and Michelle / their seeing Melia on Wednesday ("we should have invited your sister!"), Darren C. getting married, childhood photos, the old childhood stove and tiny chairs, booking Mom and Dad's flights online, a small dinosaur, Anita T. getting married, Fraser's naptime, nursing, Uncle Percy almost being 100, Auntie Eileen / Auntie Evie, Uncle Eric, and Fraser crying a lot. He seemed to like the book and held my hand when we were going to the elevator (where I lifted him up to reach the CALL CAR button so he could make it light up), at least! (and said "A-ma" a few times) I got home at 4:25 on a 407, which is good. It seems like Mom and Dad are going to Hong Kong and Japan soon, so GOOD FOR MORE ME TIME. Maybe I'll even make it to church, hahaha.

Random stuff from Mom and Dad: a Dignity funeral home mint, a small knitted black-and-white scarf, a small knitted black-and-white toque, a five-pack of Indomie Mi Goreng stir-fried instant noodles which expires on June 5, two Christmas Mix packs of Coconut / Red Apple / Very Cherry / Green Apple Jelly Belly jellybeans, and a five-pack of Wujiang brand preserved vegetables.
