"You Are a Serial Killer"

Of course, you don't have a true killer instinct. But you are fascinated by the dark side of life.
You disturb people with your knowledge of abnormal psychology. And you love freaking yourself out, too!

You are a pretty normal person, but you let another side of your personality out for Halloween.
If there's only one night that you can be creepy, then you're going to go all out.

"You Are Connie"

You are an incredibly sweet and compassionate person. You give everyone the benefit of the doubt.
At times, you can fall prey to unscrupulous folks, but that's okay. You're pretty good at getting out of a jam.

You are optimistic and enthusiastic. People love to invite you along to everything and anything.
You have a good heart, and that's evident to everyone around you. There's a reason why you are so beloved!

"Your Taste for Novelty is Low"

When it comes to life, you're happiest when things are low stress and low risk. You enjoy a good deal of predictability.
You may not enjoy novelty, but that doesn't mean your days are boring. Instead, you prefer to dig deep into what you love.

You aren't one to change a good thing, and compared to most people, you live a very stable and relaxing life.
While too much novelty doesn't serve anyone, a little novelty may do you good. It keeps you young and fresh!

"He's Keeping You a Secret For Now"

Your guy doesn't seem super psyched to go public with your relationship - at least not totally public.
Maybe he's a private person, or maybe you are just starting to date. It's nothing to worry about yet.

Keep an eye on this guy. Is he as serious about you as you are about him? He may be hiding something... you!
You want to be with someone who's as excited to be with you as you are with him. Even if it means getting a new man.

"You Are a Brown Leaf"

You are a well-grounded and down-to-earth person. You are dependable, in part because you like knowing that you can depend on yourself.
You are quietly confident and know who you are. You don't have to be the most colorful person in the room to be comfortable.

You are approachable and friendly. People naturally trust you. You are as stable and honest as you seem.
You are warm and reassuring. You believe that there is a season for everything, and you accept each day as it comes.

"You Are Quite Wise"

You don't feel different than anyone else, but that's part of your wisdom. You are humble and thoughtful.
You always try to reflect more than react, but sometimes your very human nature gets the better of you.

You try to go with the flow and live in the moment. There is a lot of wisdom to be found in the present.
If there's anything you're trying to improve on, it's getting to know yourself a little better.

"You Are Gillian"

You are a rebel to the core, and if someone calls you on it, it only makes you act out.
You are fun-loving and impulsive. You seek a life of adventure and enjoy being with whoever is Mr. Right Now.

You don't care what others think. You are good to those who matter to you, and your attitude helps liberate them.
You take life as it comes, and you are happy to squeeze the most out of every day. Party at your place!

FINAL FANTASY V SPOOF Bestiary!

THIS ENTRY IS ALLOWED TO HAVE NON-ALIGNED TAGS.

This is the complete bestiary for FINAL FANTASY 5 SPOOF, and all screenshots are from my own playthrough. I'd like to say that this GameFAQs bestiary document helped me a lot; thank you! (as did this one, for more precise directions in certain places) Also, this walkthrough helped me a lot, too! Actually, I was tired of suffering through emulator slowness and game glitches x8, so input a code for a 100% complete Bestiary. These maps will help, since the world map DOESN'T FUCKING WORK IN THIS GAME!

This is a good RPG Classics page for Pro Action Replay codes!

CHECK THE MAP WITH THE Y BUTTON, NOT THE R BUTTON!

Fire-Powered Ship puzzle directions.

Notes to self: Activate the All Characters Have All Abilities code, and then TAKE IT OFF, or else the game will get incredibly frustratingly SLOW. Also, take all codes off before going to the Big Bridge, or attempting to find the Phantom Village! VISHNU VEST EQUIPMENT! Speaking of equipment, EQUIP KRILE WHEN SHE JOINS THE PARTY AFTER GALUF'S DEATH! As far as codes go, the "have 99 of all items" code makes the game freeze and have sound issues!

After much frustration over three hours, I managed to defeat Omega by using the power of Mirage Vests (IMAGE STATUS) / Coral Rings (fire protection), and a pre-emptive strike! I used it to power up my blades with Thundaga Spellblade, then used Rapid-Fire on Faris... I think it was a fluke!

Also, to reset the breath timer in the sunken tower of Walse, climb up the fourth floor vine to get to that chest! I finally actually defeated Famed Mimic Gogo at the bottom of the sunken Tower of Walse by using the Dragoon / Dual-Wield x4 strategy! It was pretty tricky since I wasn't sure that all my characters would survive at least five Meteor attacks, but two of them did! Got garbled text as part of the bugged fight, too... "Dragged into another dimension! Odin: All right, that's far enough! Turning to stone... Can't escape! Countdown to Pestilence... 4 KO'd! Countdown to Eruption... 5 KO'd! Level halved! KO'd!":D

To get the Drakenvale Golem in the Bestiary, defeat the dragons first and THEN defend until he thanks you!

Stick "READ AHEAD" on a character other than Lenna! To prevent having to input all the codes over and over again, SAVE / remove all codes / then close and reopen the emulator! They should all still be there!

For the Moogle in the Forest of Moore to move after the trees have been set on fire by Tzepish, save the game in the cave and then reset. The creature should NOT be blocking the entrance.

Airship in World 3: It's just above Surgate Castle, east of the Pyramid.

DO NOT SET ANY "No Random Encounters" CODE! IT WILL GLITCH OUT THE GAME! (submarine / world map won't work, and there WILL be no random encounters)

TRY DEFEATING NEO SHINRYU FIRST BEFORE OMEGA MK. II - or else you can't get out of the room for some reason! (the exit door SHOULD be open, but is shut tight instead!)

Vanessa sent me a Facebook message at 5:30 wanting to know what I was doing for dinner tonight. I had nothing planned, but I did wonder whether I had forgotten about something! She wanted to come out to Richmond (either IHOP of Denny's) with her friend Wayne, whom I'd met at her Anton's birthday dinner. Sure, why not? I needed a break, anyway! I took a shower, and they were here at 6:30 or so. We talked about Jason ruining her day by not bringing eggs for her pancakes today, her vanilla milkshake and calcium, my country fried steak / toast / strawberry jam / broccoli / mashed potatoes / sausage gravy, the Richmond World Festival, the military, her pregnancy / potential baby names and gender (not Gertrude / Kathleen), her parents' divorce, Wayne's friend Kevin wanting to marry a full-time Twitch streamer from England, Vanessa's friend cutting off a friendship with a bridezilla named Marilyn who slapped her and berated her in front of a whole crowd of people, our stupid brothers, her parents' divorce, and the changes around Richmond. I definitely needed the break, and got home at 7:50.

After I had COFFEE TIME, I called Kids Physio after Googling the phone number. They actually DID have my red Compass Card because someone found it (presumably in the bathroom), which is a relief! I opted to have them hold it until Ayler's next appointment on Wednesday. Barry picked me up at 12:30 and we went banking and to Price Smart. I got on-sale Olympic organic yogurt x2 (peach / raspberry), JOY dumplings (pork and vegetable / lamb and onion / pork and chives), on-sale store brand bottled water x2 for $5, Nature Clean Oxygen Bleach (for $12?!) Body Zone purple / black fingernail clippers, $1 Coffin Crisp / $1 Ghostly Kit-Kats, a Cookies and Cream Kit-Kat, Sour Cream and Bacon Ruffles chips, a peanut butter Oh Henry chocolate bar, $1 store brand Western Family mixed beans x12 (last day of the sale!), on-sale store brand perogies x2 (potato and cheddar cheese / potato and cottage cheese), Koka spicy black pepper noodles, and a can of store brand mushroom pieces. Also purchased some Juzz Mee curry noodles (partly because I told Shiv on Discord this morning I would), Curry Mee white curry noodles, Penang white curry noodles, Silk almond milk x2, on-sale Six Fortune beef noodles, on-sale Sau Tao black pepper noodles, Vedan Bah Kut tea noodles, and pink Excel White gum x3.

From a friend of Ryan's: Just eat it! The Nike swoosh is a pizza slice, hahaha!

In EARTHBOUND HALLOWEEN HACK, Tomas Jefferson sees Varik in town. He tells him, "THIS IS THE GREATEST MEXICAN STEREOTYPE COSTUME EVER."

Ness is going through Onett, and knocks on the door of this building. "If you're trying to sell us the newspaper, go away! We don't read the paper!"

Ness, Paula, Jeff, and Poo are in Toto, the port town attached to Summers. This sailor says this about his boat voyage across the sea to Scaraba: "After all, it could only cost you your life, and you got that for free!"

After I finally blocked Randal (who tried CALLING me?!), Janina let me know that she got the skull bandages / skull notebooks / Ghostly Kit-Kats / Scaries / ScAero / Coffin Crisp / letter stickers / Halloween cards / a birthday card which I'd mailed her and Marilynn last week. She appreciates my prayers and good thoughts, as well she should! Emailed Chinese Eric about things, not least the Thanksgiving Dinner! That made me feel a lot better, too. :D

MONTHLY BUBBLE TEA TALLY, SEPTEMBER 2012 (1)

mango @ Copa Café (Saturday, Sept. 8) [free, thanks to Uncle Michael and Aunt Leslie!]

Before I called Chinese Eric tonight, I decided to see if I could get my YM working for Trillian. Apparently, my password was wrong, which is bullshit. I perforce reset it after Googling instructions, and it seems to be working. At least, I'm not disconnected after only half a second. This works, even though I never really use the service for anything these days. You never know what randomness may come forth, though! :P

When I called at 9:15, I got the fax machine screech right after Eric answered. He decided to call me back, which works for both our poor sets of ears! We discussed Grandma, Chinese New Year, the Mid-Autumn Festival tomorrow, the "older brother / sister ... UNCLE / AUNTIE" stages of life, mooncake, engrossing reading on the INTERESTING psychology differences between an only child and one with siblings (Nate would know more!), siblings' / classmates' personalities being different, our weeks, Portland, and the beer allowance. Conversed about YOU CAN'T DO THAT ON TELEVISION (Bart the cook was weirdly creepy, he says!) / green slime ingredients, YTV, SAVED BY THE BELL, SQUARE ONE, Halloween / Trick-or-Treating / things like Kids Night being safer (the Awana crew makes it fun for the kids!), the Copa Café, Scientology, Tom Cruise and finding a new wife, Thanksgiving dinner, weird news, the BC Lions not quite coming back from a 19-1 deficit against the Saskatchewan Roughriders (final score - while talking to me to kill time - was 27-20), dating not being easy, Dylan, BS being a "small group," the evolution of cellphones, and more.

He told me to tell white Eric "thank you for making me look up the word which I was supposed to use last time!" Apparently - and I never noticed this - he was going to say "bashful," but added "-ful" to the end of "brash," thinking it would be okay. I'm sure he's learned his lesson, but I know that adjectives and similar words can confuse him, so it's all good! Of course, I will pass on the message! I complained about everything changing their online interface lately (blogging sites like Blogger!), and he says that he has to guide his mom through Hotmail changes every six months or so! I'm not surprised that it happens, especially since MY mom complains that the Facebook "share" button is gone from her iPhone... I'm more inclined to believe Steph, who says it isn't. We know Mom might be losing it, after all. Eric and I ended this conversation at about 10:40, saying that it was nice to talk to the other - SEE? This is what I needed!

Mom and Dad FINALLY picked me up nearer to noon, and gave me some cooked chicken / cooked turkey / peanut Glossettes / Chinese egg cake snacks / a mooncake / organic carrots / Skyflakes crackers. Luckily, I could put everything in the freezer or fridge or on the table before I left yet again. Met up with Steph and Lisa at Dogwood, where we have to think of Grandma as a baby now. We helped her drink juice / milk / soup, wipe her mouth, and engage her in this world before she fell asleep in the middle of eating! (just like a real baby would) At least she recognized us even if she won't talk much (side effect of the tumor?), and remembers Uncle Michael. Grandma asked us several times whether we wanted to eat or were hungry - nope! I was evil, and enabled Lisa's love of chocolate by giving her the Halloween-themed Ziploc bag of Coffin Crisp / Ghostly Kit Kat / ScAeros / Scaries; Steph said I was bad, hahaha.

We went to the Copa Café for lunch, where Mom found out that the "free milk tea" coupons she got last time were only for dinner; I'll throw mine out, although I really wasn't planning on using them anyhow. Not sure whether Chinese Eric has used his; tried calling him the other day with no answer other than the fax machine screech, but that's perfectly fine! We'll get together one of these days. (and I need that...) Talked about Havarti's size / puppy school, Thanksgiving dinner of duck and turkey being delayed one week because of Alberta, Portland / Seattle, Mom's gay friends Tom and Tom (Steph also thought they were from San Francisco - they're apparently from Minnesota!), the George Massey tunnel / Port Mann bridge, care aspects like tearaway clothing, Christon and Jeremy's birthday dinner next weekend (THANKSGIVING is why they're not having it on Sunday?!), Jon's annual birthday dinner extravaganza, how Lisa isn't supposed to have gum (but took a piece anyway), dinner invites, and more. Bugged Steph with sitting in the middle, leg slaps, "lawyer" talk, and general NG stuff. Got home at 2:15 to hopefully relax a bit before tonight. Also formulated a reply to Deb's email which wouldn't be full of inappropriate words for that religious woman, hahahaha.

Went out to buy another bubble-wrap envelope for Corey, a 69-cent CANADA one-litre bottled water / some Jensen's Chips for me, Ghostly Kit-Kats x8 (me / Eric Ho / Corey / Janina / Marilynn / Chrystal / Harmony / Lisa), Scaries x3, ScAero x3, and Coffin Crisp x3 at London Drugs before I mailed skull bandages / skull notebooks / scary candy / letter stickers / Halloween cards / a birthday card to Janina and Marilynn. It was $21.82, but I'll eat the extra cost. When I got home, I emailed Corey to make sure he's coming home for Xmas from Taiwan, and organized everything into Ziploc bags. I didn't forget the extra skull notebook, Christmas card, birthday card, or glittery Vegas postcard for Corey!

Went out today after I called Barry to set up a food shopping appointment: my poor sleep schedule is going to suffer if it's on Friday at 10 AM, but I guess I'll deal. Eric also sent me an email about Friday's program and small groups on Wednesdays; I'll think about it. I did the usual banking after mailing my bus pass application, then I spent some time trying to redeem some Shoppers Optimum points only because I'd discovered that the zipper on my newest London Drugs bag BROKE! (I'd only had that thing since July 17, man!) I managed to find the ones at Shoppers all right, and selected a purple-and-green one with a gold SOLID zipper. Hopefully, that won't break on me anytime soon! That was $25, but I got it for free with the points redemption. I also got some Fire-Roasted Chipotle artisan Tostitos chips, and a more manageable size of on-sale Lindt dark chocolate bar. I'll give the original 300g one to Chrystal, haha.

Decided to go to London Drugs since their large Ziploc bags were cheaper than Shoppers; the extra-large ones were also on sale, so I got two units! While there, I saw the morbid Halloween candy which Janina wanted me to buy: Scaries, Scaero, and Coffin Crisp! I saw ghostly Kit-Kats as well, but I decided not to get them for now. Purchased those for me / Janina / Marilynn / Lisa / Harmony (should get some for Eric H. and Chrystal later), on-sale Pepperidge Farm Chessmen (shortbread?), Halloween cards and stickers, a bubble-wrap envelope for mailing purposes, and two maple syrup nougat chocolate bars. Got home and organized everything first before delving into my latest project again, of course. The skull stuff fits into the envelope, so that'll be going to California!
