I got NEW Western Family Foglie D'Autunno pasta / NEW Farfalle Tricolor pasta / NEW Connchiglioni pasta / NEW Orecchiette pasta / NEW Trofie pasta / NEW Trecce Dell'Orto pasta / NEW Gomitoni pasta / NEW Arcobaleno pasta / farfalle bowtie pasta / Alphabets pasta / penne rigate / Cavatappi pasta / Small Shells pasta / rigatoni, NEW Samyang Fire Noodles 2X spicy gyoza dumplings, a DRAGON MASTERS kids book for obvious reasons, American Greetings construction and vehicle and dinosaur stickers for my nephews, Western Family white vinegar x2 (one litre for laundry and four litres), NEW on-sale Danone YoPro Skyr yoghurt x3 (plain / strawberry / vanilla), NEW limited-edition Ruffles Jalapeno Cheddar chips, and on-sale Earth's Own almond milk which expires before my trip.

Also got ALL the on-sale Knorr Sidekicks flavors x22 for hopeful food photo purposes (including NEW Garlic Fettuccine Alfredo), NEW Samyang noodles dumplings x4 (Kimchi / Seafood / Vegetable / Chives), on-sale GOING BANANAS chips snacks, NEW Mentos gum x3 (Cinnamint red / Fresh Mint blue / Spearmint green), Nissin black garlic oil noodles, NEW Western Family peanuts x4 of 400g (Chili and Lime / Sea Salt / Sea Salt and Pepper / Jalapeno), GOOD TASTE Pork and Celery dumplings since the store finally had them after a couple of months, and a NEW Softsoap Aquarium refill. After that, I paid my Shaw bill online when I got home at 1:30. Barry and I will set up an appointment when I get back in January OR before I leave in December, probably!

I texted Chinese Eric on and off today, and he wanted to know what kind of food he should pick up since I was home by 4:10 on a 407. I said nothing, but I should have gotten him to get the Dr. Oetker cheesecakes from Safeway or the Hazelnut Spread M&M candies! When he got here at 4:50 after the annoying parking pass business, he ate most of the Tropical Salsa kettle chips and most of the Old Dutch Humpty Dumpty cheese sticks: Habanero with Blue Cheese! Yes, of course he could open the window, and he asked me whether I had any of "those chips." Turns out he meant the Indomie Goreng chips, and the London Drugs near his place is out of the way, so I guess I'll pick some up and he can pay me back next time he comes over. Gotta keep the receipt, for sure!

We talked about fast goals, the St. Louis Blues / San Jose Sharks playoff game and referee controversy, the Toronto Raptors / Milwaukee Bucks basketball game (I heard squeaking - that was the shoes on the court), Kawhi Leonard (what a name...), Lebron James, white Eric, Christon's wedding, the FARTING ANIMALS coloring book, his asking his mom about surgery, my text messages being "a lot to read" while driving (just do it...), some CD release party / gig that Jon had invited us both to, and my surgery. Yep, it was a good hangout - he left at 7:40, so I could relax and finally start time by myself. Today was pretty busy! Maybe we CAN hang out next time for the final Stanley Cup playoff round! "I have a gift for you - have a salsa chip!" Haha!

After I had COFFEE TIME and called London Drugs customer service to find out when their current sale ends on Rubbermaid dish drainers (May 28), Barry picked me up at 12:45 and we went banking and to Price Smart. I bought on-sale Classico pasta sauce x2 (Four Cheese and Tomato / Pesto), noodles, a shower pouf, Teriyaki Rice / Noodles Sidekicks, preserved vegetables, on-sale Cheemo perogies x2 (Country Mushroom and Potato / Bacon / Romano Cheese), pork and tri-treasure / lamb and onion / pork and vegetable / pork and chives JOY dumplings at the Big Crazy price (which saves me a trip out there if it's the same price), on-sale store brand paper towels, and JML chicken and mushroom noodles. I also got on-sale Western Family French Vanilla ice cream, NEW Pillsbury poutine Pizza Pops in a special edition (I love the alliteration!), NEW Pillsbury cheese pizza bites, NEW Pillsbury pepperoni pizza bites, Juzz Mee curry noodles, a BC roll for $3.99 (better than the 22-piece $10.99 assorted rolls if the expiry date is still tomorrow, May 25), Vedan noodles x2 (Spicy Mushroom / Cuttlefish and Mushroom), and on-sale Ruffles chips x3. (Loaded Potato Skins / Sour Cream and Bacon / All-Dressed) I also saw preserved Cordia seeds while I was in the Chinese jars aisle, so made a note of that to tell Citrus so he can tell his sister.

While I was at the store, I helped a random white guy with some Nissin black garlic oil noodles, and told an old grandma that her shawl looked pretty. (it had Japanese women with fans on it!) She at least thanked me! When I got home at 2:10, Barry did agree to help me with changing the batteries on the phone in my bedroom, which is good. Afterwards, I paid my Shaw bill online today, then somehow unplugged my computer speakers while trying to figure some stuff out! My cashier recognized me, and so we chatted a bit - his name is Ray, and he has a white half-beard thing. I left again at 6:30 to London Drugs, where I got a new on-sale dish drainer (April 11, 2015) on Aisle 1 / on-sale purple GUM Comfort Slide flossers since today was the last day of their being on sale currently / an on-sale Slinky toy plus an on-sale Redbox pre-historic dinosaur toy set with trees (#24359) for Ayler's birthday.

I got a much more helpful computer associate this time (yesterday's associate had told me to go to the front for checkout and didn't seem interested in customer service), who sold me a black Microsoft Wired 600 keyboard for $20. Thank goodness it worked when I got home at 8:30 (just missing a 407 and having to wait for the next one), after a mini heart attack when it initially wouldn't work to put in my password at startup! This one is quieter and much lighter, too! Time to email Harmony to see when a good time would be to drop off the gifts, or see Ayler too, I guess. NOW MY MOUSE AND KEYBOARD ARE FREE OF MIKE AND HIS TAINT!

I dreamed that Chrissy and I were meeting Chrystal at Awana, and the kids were making various things out of construction paper. Then Vania said she had an announcement to make: "At some point, kids, you stop searching for a man. You realize that sometimes the people closest to you are really the one for you! My cousin Christine and I are now going to be in a relationship!" Auntie Vivian didn't seem to have a problem with that! Then we all went to a buffet which was part of a bus tour, and the guide asked whether we wanted to go to Wal-Mart. When most people raised their hands, she smiled and said that she knew Walmart was especially beloved among the people who took said tour. My cousins Aaron and Lillian came to see Grandma, and a little girl came up to me. She instantly put an arm around my shoulders, and I asked who she was, thinking that maybe she was Aaron's daughter. Nope, she turned out to be Lillian's daughter, and Lillian was together with her long-term partner Lucy. The dream ended when I was selecting six different kinds of freshwater clams / mussels on ice from the buffet... one of them was pretty huge! (complete with lemon slices!)

Triggers: Myles and Brittney's wedding banquet on Saturday (the buffet had mussels), seeing Vania's and Chrissy's pictures on Facebook, and seeing Lillian when she was in town. What the heck is with my subconscious?!

At least I was responsible and paid my Shaw bill... *sigh*

Christon sent me an Evite to his and Jeremy's joint potluck birthday party on the 6th... you bet I'll be there!
