I went out with a Miniso face mask at 12:30 on a 407. Went to Lansdowne T and T with my Asian old lady shopping cart to see if I could get a box of 50 face masks for $31. After lining up for 20 minutes because the line snaked around the market area of Lansdowne Mall, I FINALLY got inside with a temperature scanner check (which was fine) and managed to get a box from Customer Service. Since I was there anyway, I checked out the noodle aisle. I got Samyang Buldak Topokki noodles x2 and NEW Samyang Buldak Corn noodles x2 / Samyang Buldak Kimchi chicken terrorist noodles x2. My cart was already plenty full and bulky by the time I left at 1, but I decided to walk to Price Smart anyway, where the lineup moves MUCH FASTER! I got Fanny Bay oysters (May 5), Snack Pack vanilla pudding (May 22), plus NEW Snack Pack DRAGON TREASURE and UNICORN MAGIC puddings. Decided to get a NEW on-sale Aero Gold chocolate bar, a NEW on-sale Kit-Kat Gold chocolate bar, NEW Crave microwaveable meals (Bacon and Egg Scramble with Cheddar Cheese, and Chorizo Egg Scramble with Goat Cheese), and NEW limited-edition Tiramisu Oreos.

After that, I went home at 2:45 on a 407 to rest for a bit before going to London Drugs at 6:30. Planters BBQ peanuts (May 16), Pure Standards Products hydrogen peroxide, Arm and Hammer baking soda, on-sale organic Classico tomato garlic pasta sauce for the same $4 price as regular (sale ends May 27), a small Reese's Pieces (May 18), NEW Orange Vanilla Coke (May 8), NEW LaRose hand sanitizer for the same $4 price as regular, Tao Kae Noi wasabi seaweed snacks, Fudge Swirl Lindt truffles for tomorrow (May 2), and Aroy-D green curry for my Uncle Ben's jasmine rice. Got home at 7:25, which is fine by me.

I went out at 11:55 to go to Canadian Tire so I could get another Starfrit jar opener (Aisle 54 - had to get an employee to help me grab it) and 20 face masks for $20. I always overshoot the 410 station - I SHOULD GET OFF AT ABERDEEN, NOT HAZELBRIDGE! I texted Barry about payday, and he called me when I was outside Canadian Tire - yeah, I thought I'd have to do it myself again! Then I peeked inside Yaohan - there was a lineup either for Osaka Supermarket or a temperature check service. My last stop was London Drugs: All Clean Natural lemon-mint spray hand sanitizer x2 (no limit), Scrubbing Bubbles, London Naturals orange cleaner, NEW Microban 24-Hour bathroom spray x2 in Fresh and Citrus scents, and portable Wet Ones x2. Got home at 2:10 on a 407, too.

I finally left that V4F Discord server run by cliquey millennials with double standards for the original members vs. people who joined later, because the "mod" SJ and a person with "just his opinions on your food photos and presentation" (KPOP) HAVE PISSED OFF THE WRONG PERSON! I am the FIRE DRAGON! "Vancouver for friends," my ass! Violet / Faith put me in touch with the server owner - after a brief conversation with Divine Sword, he isn't going to do anything about it because I was snarky as well. Uh yeah, of course I was.

Mom also sent me a WhatsApp message asking whether I said thank you to Eric for his Sunday ride. First of all, he was going to UBC anyway for hockey! Secondly, what's the more reasonable assumption: I did, or I didn't?! I don't need to be treated like a child! Fuck this shit. That's why I ignore her. She also asked whether I said thank you to Harmony's parents - I ignored that, too.

After I had COFFEE TIME, Barry picked me up at 12:35 and we went banking and to Price Smart. I got NEW on-sale Wei Chuan dumplings (Pork / Green Onion, Pork / Leek / Shrimp, Beef / Green Onion), NEW Edo spicy noodles, bananas, Joyya unfiltered chocolate milk, on-sale Western Family spiced apple cider, on-sale Western Family juices (pineapple / regular apple / pure apple / mango / grape / mixed berry / orange), and NEW Japanese matcha green tea Kit-Kats. I also got Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Oreos for National Pie Day and National Peanut Butter Day today, Sour Cream and Onion Goldfish crackers, NEW Nando's Peri-Peri sauce, Mentos Fresh Mint / Cherry Mint / Spearmint gum x3, on-sale Earth's Own almond milk, on-sale Lysol 110-pack wipes x2, on-sale Cottonelle toilet paper x2 (almost half-price), Stouffer's Sauté Sensations meals x4, on-sale sushi roll D ($2 off because it expires tomorrow), on-sale shredded Soo Keta wild Pacific salmon, and Shirakiku prepared hot shredded squid. Later, I paid my Shaw bill online at home. I had to use my NG lungpower 12 times today on millennial phone zombies, oblivious Asians, and people with no spatial awareness who blocked my way in aisles or otherwise - they weren't even looking around / for things! I just said "EXCUSE ME!" since I had no patience for anything else! Saw Chris Noble at the store, who seems more out of it than he did 20 years ago, but at least I said HEY to Ray.

After that, I checked my mail: I got my bus pass replacement application! I paid my Shaw and hydro bills plus the $10 replacement fee online at home.


Every time someone uses "body count" to describe their number of sex partners, I think: "HOW MANY PEOPLE DID YOU KILL?!?" because THAT is what "body count" really means! Millennials and Gen Z zoomers, I swear...
