Jimmy blocked me again, but he's an idiot who can't take being told that he is wrong about everything. Despite what he thinks, I did make an effort on his birthday. I just was not available all day, and I definitely did wish him a happy birthday. Of COURSE I went to bed after doing stuff online when I got home after dinner that evening - DUH!

As for Friday, I was going to try drawing him into a conversation after going out with everyone, but I knew I was slightly out of it. (not as much as poor Term, though!) One-word answers definitely made me think that he was upset. For once, I believe it didn't matter. I told him everything that was on my mind, then was called "the most vain person" before he blocked me. He also deflected my question about blocking people on to ME! Nope, you're the one who's an ass at the very least. He's also a sub, and he doesn't GET to have boundaries! HA! Mike thinks we take the meaning out of blocking if we do it to each other all the time, as it's going to be an empty gesture eventually. At least OUR communication seems to be pretty good! I also talked to Helen Y. about it, which helped!

It's MARIO DAY today! I had to leave really early after DOUBLE COFFEE TIME because I had to walk to Brighouse station - thanks, endless sewer upgrades and construction! I had the on-sale Lindt chocolate bars (Caramel and Sea Salt / Lime Zest) for Harmony's EARLY family birthday dinner at Como Taperia! (early in more ways than one...) I killed time by purchasing a replacement red sweatshirt at H and M, where I also saw a DRAGON HOODIE! :D

We had a bunch of seafood and tapas (octopus / garlic and bread soup / (mashed) potatoes / eggs) while baby Beckett screamed happily at me (rivaling the restaurant's 80s music), Ayler wanted to check the weather everywhere, and Hiero liked constructing Cheerio towers through his toothpicks. After dinner, Hiero said he wasn't tired despite losing an hour of sleep - good for you! I AM! Mom said she had to pay more money to prevent me from accessing data, and that the dinner was $168; if you think I feel guilty about that, YOU'RE WRONG! Then we had to go to Auntie Eva's to drop something off before the parental trip to Hong Kong to see Great-Aunt and cruise around. At least they'll be away from Wednesday to the end of March! I finally got home at 6:45!

Random stuff from Mom and Dad: A black buttoned Louben jacket, a light blue Vancouver 2010 zippered jacket, an orange Top Shop sleeveless vest. preserved Young Coconut cookies, a blue buttoned jacket, a white Monument sweater vest, and a reddish-purple London Fog winter coat.

Yesterday, I called Chinese Eric to see if he could give me a ride to Jeremy's or back home. He called me back on his lunch break (at 1:20 BEFORE I left to see Rachel), and he was planning to take transit to work at the Art Gallery and then go straight to Jeremy's. I hoped Kevin could drive me to Broadway Station again since white Eric can't make it because of his hockey commitments! I had to leave really early for Jeremy's place because I had to walk to Brighouse station - thanks, endless sewer upgrades and construction! Luckily, I found an in-service bus stop at Alderbridge, so I killed time at Shoppers, buying Korean BBQ Kettle Chips x3 and some Nair. FUCKING JIMMY! Got to Dude Chilling Park at 6:10, which was slightly early. Kingsgate Mall was closing, too.

I met up with Jeremy (so we could all see his new flooring / baseboards and test some marbles on it), Christon, Kevin, Chinese Eric, and Randal. Christon made some pulled pork, chicken and coleslaw. We had my Indomie Mi Goreng chips / various beers (like the cocoa / vanilla Winter Ale) / salsa / Que Pasa chips, called Eric Ho to see where he was, figured out the long wifi password (which Jeremy didn't think much of at first - but then realized he'd never seen me with a smartphone before), discussed my eye surgeries and Jeremy's nose surgery / Huawei / the Rugby Sevens / Uniqlo / Muji / Daiso / real estate / wedding planning / people with 4400 to 5000 Facebook friends, the Lucky Charms Saturday Morning beer for St. Patrick's Day, and waited for Jon to get there even later. I wanted to go home at 10, but nope - I had to wait for 45 more minutes, despite Chinese Eric wanting to head home right after the game ended at 9:30!

Jeremy loved the blurb for the Lucky Charms beer and laughed at it, at least! Kevin did indeed drive me to Broadway Station, while Jon and Chinese Eric got rides back home from Randal. Yeah, that wasn't too bad. I ended up getting home at around midnight on a 401 (passing up a 407 at Brighouse), and was surprised that I was still somewhat awake, since I'd gone to bed at 9:45 yesterday. I did make myself some hot chocolate to warm up from the cold weather. The Canucks played the Knights at 7 tonight, and lost 6-2. Not good if it was 5-1 at the end of the first... 3-0 after the first twelve minutes!

After COFFEE TIME, I had to get ready to leave by 11 for Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot at Lansdowne for a lunch with Mom and Dad. Fatty beef, lamb shoulder, Napa cabbage, white noodles, tofu, yams, vegetable and pork dumplings, deep-fried chicken wings, cod fillets, shrimp balls, beef balls, fish balls, tiger prawns, broth, an iced sour plum drink, and tea! Mom complained that they had seen bus stops around my place - yeah, but that doesn't mean they are in service right now! Dad "helped" with my phone's data and wifi settings. Yes, I know Harmony's family birthday is the 10th somewhere. I'll confirm things with Jon in a few days; no need to rush and be impatient about things! They dropped me off at London Drugs, so I walked home and got in at 12:45.

Random stuff from Mom and Dad: $10 cash, Maggi Masala Indian instant noodles x2 which have already expired as of February 3, Nosh and Co. Munch Madness cheddar and sour cream chips, GIM roasted seasoned seaweed x10, a Want Want gift pack (a box of strawberry Lovely Puffs / five small bags of orange QQ Gummies / a box of round chocolate sticks / a bag of milk candy), No Name chicken instant noodle packages x6, No Name chicken cup noodles, Paldo (팔도 (Paldo)) hot and spicy cup noodles, a package of Nissin chicken instant noodles x5, a packet of Wing's Foods hot chili sauce, President's Choice ginger-peach teabags x18, and organic Nighty Night Traditional Relaxation Teas teabags x4.

After SHOWER TIME and COFFEE TIME, I left at 5 in the 30 degree C weather (30°C!) to catch the C94 for my rescheduled 5:30 appointment with Rachel at The Caring Place. At least I'm getting my hilarious humor back, as was demonstrated during said appointment! ("For my next trick, I'll strip down and dance on the balcony! You'll phone PSYCH and tell them you have an incoming patient, hahaha!") Later, I walked home through Minoru Park and immediately cooled down and started ROIMU when I got in at 6:50. (the first post-Jimmy ROIMU session!)

I heard that the annoying 16-year-old Luna FINALLY left the r/hockey Discord server: THANK GOODNESS! Nobody cares about the Capitals' personal Instagram posts! She said that she was basically told to kill herself. It turns out that someone was JOKING about euthanizing her, which is totally different!

After MORE COFFEE TIME, I left just before 4:30 to make it to Wo's: A family dinner for Dad's 69th birthday! Of course I was the first one there! (and I saw Mr. Creep on the bus AGAIN...) Harmony set a new record in convincing the Wo's owner to turn off the TV, which was tuned to the Cartoon Network: SEVEN MINUTES! We talked about strata meetings, moving on Thursday, Burnaby, the lards' car leaking oil, Uncle William, plans for this week, the farmer's market, snacks, dessert, finding my Fit-Overs (which I just found within two minutes of looking for them), Beckett sleeping, Ayler and Hiero asking about candy and the time, me being drunk / red-faced / snorty / giggly on the beer which Jon bought, and Quality Street chocolates. I got home at 8 on a 407, no thanks to just missing the previous 407 at Brighouse! Mom thought I needed to be told to look both ways before crossing the street at Marine Drive Station - I wasn't THAT drunk! Jon wants me to come over on Tuesday for dinner help - after Rachel, for sure.

Dinner: Steamed chicken, sweet and sour pork, green beans and ground beef, cod fish, tofu cakes, corn soup, lamb, Bring-Your-Own-Beer (Andina Guava Saison 6.5%), rice, and tea!

Random stuff from Mom and Dad: Instant oxtail soup mix x3 (expiry date: July 18, 2019) / a triple-zippered leopard print Sport Sport wallet / chicken noodle Lipton Cup-A-Soup which expired on June 13, 2014 / spring vegetable Lipton Cup-A-Soup which expired on May 30, 2013 / spring vegetable Lipton Cup-A-Soup which expired on February 9, 2012 / a nearly full bag of McCormicks cinnamon hearts / a bag of Nosh and Co. White Eric called me at 6:05, and got here about 15 minutes later. We discussed Steph, Mom, life, (almost) being in the Main area three times in three nights, and IGNITE PIZZA on the way to Jeremy's. I met new people named Alice, Evan, Judy, and Anna; CHINESE ERIC SHOWED UP, so of course I had to talk to him! He said that he'd seen my reply to the Evite, so of course he had to come after work! I saw Jesse and Trish, so gave them my "jack shit" opinion of the Pest Chaser sonic device. Said hi to Geoffrey, Fred, Randal, Sheena, Vivian, and Kevin. We discussed a future hockey hangout, the Vegas Golden Knights, Kevin's Singapore and Vietnam / Saigon trip photos, white Eric's Albania trip photos, panoramic photos, Jon moving AGAIN to Mom and Dad's current apartment (which I didn't know about till he showed up and said something), losing weight, Randal spending time with Ayler and Hiero (but stopping his lessons), life updates, writing, scheduling Wordpress blogging, and Rice Paper online magazine.

Also talked about politics, Anglicans, Kevin attending a Lutheran church now, the Washington Capitals, the Tampa Bay Lightning, Twitch "in real life" streams, PUBG / FORTNITE, the new Wi-Fi device and password, Hiero ripping out a door at Jeremy's TODAY (he doesn't care!), Vivian's gum graft procedure (OUCH!), Christon's mom being even less mobile now, Randal's dad being 82 now, Nathan not wanting to socialize in big groups now (which is so totally understandable), Stockholm Syndrome beer, Pepsi, and BRISK iced tea. The party broke up at about 9:40 or so, and I nudged white Eric to get going if he wanted to pack up his hockey gear for tomorrow when he got home to Richmond. We waited for Sheena since she had no idea how to get out; on her way IN, she had bumped into Vivian, so that was pretty lucky! I got home at 10:25, and had peace and quiet unlike last night. SO GOOD AND REFRESHING!

Vanessa wanted to know if she could hang out here in between doctor's appointments on Wednesday, which is fine by me. With the appointments between 1:15 and 2:40, it's definitely pre-hockey, and is more convenient for her than trying to find something else to do at that time!

Since I was up at 6:45 AM today, it was COFFEE TIME! Then I made a post in r/vancouver asking if anyone wanted my Vancouver Art Gallery pass which expires on the 30th. I don't think Eric Ho is actually available even though I sent him two emails about it. Someone from Reddit named Jamie said that they could take it from me after the Sun Run, which was right then at 9 AM. Luckily, I had more than enough time to properly draft entries / eat some Butter and Herb Sidekicks / dress in normal clothes / put everything in my pockets before heading to the Vancouver City Centre London Drugs downtown at 11:35 or so on a 407. I was there at 12:20 and stood around for a while until Jamie figured out that I was there. We chatted briefly about playoff hockey and the Art Gallery pass; he invited me to coffee, but there's no need for him to pay me back for that, haha. I got home at 1:25 on a 407 after buying some 180-tablet melatonin at the London Drugs since it was right there. Nope, I definitely did not need a bag for that!
