I went to London Drugs at 3:25 on a 407, intending to return that Rescue Petz golden retriever and get a more suitable birthday gift for Beckett. Bought an on-sale Gary the Giraffe Squishmallows toy, on-sale NEW Wild Blueberry Jamieson Vitamins, NEW on-sale Wolfgang Puck chicken noodle / tomato soups x2, NEW on-sale Cheez-It CRUNCH Crackers x2 (Sharp Cheddar / Hot and Spicy), and a much-needed on-sale Rubbermaid dish drainer. Got home at 4:25 on a 407, which is fine - I definitely wiped down a bunch of stuff, including the stuffed toy.

Barry actually did drive me to the eye clinic today for my appointment after my breakfast of coffee and a cream cheese bagel with half a kiwi, but he had his Japanese wife in the car since it was better to drop her off at work around the same area. He was trying to text my home number and call me before he remembered I was at Francis?! Oh boy. The followup appointment went well, and at least I only have to wear the eye shield at night now.

I got back to Deb and Dylan's at 11, and I noticed that my glasses seemed smudged, like someone smeared Vaseline all over them. We had more butter chicken, rice, naan bread, strawberries, Pabst Blue Ribbon beer, BBQ pork, Konnyaku noodles, pork bone, fishballs, green beans, and soup for dinner! Elysse called me an alien... NO!

After DOUBLE COFFEE TIME, I went out at 1:50 on a 401 to get two more on-sale 6x126 Scotties Kleenex boxes at London Drugs, since the sale expires tomorrow and I was going to be out anyway. While I was there and waiting in the wrong line because this dude decided to delay everyone by not having a coupon or card available OR payment at the ready, I decided to ask the cashier to open the recalcitrant multivitamin bottle from yesterday, just in case. (I'd brought it along to see if Rachel could open it) The clerk could not, but thankfully believed me that I'd bought it yesterday, so I WAS ABLE TO DO AN EXCHANGE WITHOUT THE RECEIPT! PHEW!

Afterwards, I thankfully managed to catch the 414 on Minoru to see Rachel at The Caring Place (talking a LOT about Sandy / banking / disability plans / boundaries), then I rushed home afterwards! I thought I discovered a REDRUM smell after eating a bowl of pasta with straw mushrooms, Prego pasta sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. IT WAS LAUNDRY TIME AFTER THE FIRST PERIOD, JUST IN CASE! (pun intended, hahaha) I also sent Frances a quick "happy birthday" email for tomorrow while I remembered. The Canucks played the Wings at 4:30 today; the game went to overtime, and lost 3-2 in a SHOOTOUT! Now I feel the Monthly Drain Sleep Experience (MDSE) coming on... ZZZZZ...


I used the MOTHER 3 Debug Room (not with any great success...), and here is a double Bateau glitch, preventing Flint from joining Duster atop the cliff in Chapter 1. Flint can't go anywhere else because the original Bateau (the one not on the Wall Staples ladder) will say that Duster is waiting for him!




Flint has rescued Fuel from his burning shack in Chapter 1. They've made it to Isaac's house at the entrance to Sunshine Forest, and have refused to save their game with the Save Frog. "Oh, I see... You know, you're quite pitch black."

Went to see Rachel at the Caring Place at 2:30, taking the 2:15 C94 shuttle bus, then I went to Shoppers Drug Mart. Bought Ruffles Sour Cream and Bacon chips, NEW Miss Vickie's Lime and Black Pepper chips, and NEW limited-edition Doritos Blue Grilled Steak chips. I went to Kam Do Bakery for two sausage bun rolls before getting home at 4:15 on a 407.

After COFFEE TIME, I left at 4:40 so I could meet baby Henry for the first time at Wo's Restaurant at 5:30. I had the Advent calendars for Steph and Lisa, plus the Festive Friends cookies for Fraser. As I thought, I was late, but I'd planned it that way. I said hi to everyone, and noticed Fraser's shirt: "My aunt is cooler than yours!" Baby Henry wanted to focus on the hockey game on TV, but held my finger and stuck out his tongue while making baby noises at me. While having pork, chicken, chicken corn soup, broccoli, carrots, other vegetables, tea, rice, yee mein, and more, Fraser let me check out his toy airplane and told me about the bus trip to the airport this morning and the plane ride later. He'd also danced at Grandma Sandy's birthday party last weekend, which sounds like fun! Everyone else talked about winter clothing, Jon having gout (?!), Mr. Weatherbee in the ARCHIE comics, Ayler and Hiero learning to swear from school, Christon / Eric M. / Eddie / Eunice / Auntie Catherine / Auntie Christine / Uncle Reuben / Uncle Percy being 100 / Uncle Eric / Auntie Eva / Auntie Evie / Auntie Eileen, plans for next week, Victoria, Melia, Melissa, milk, Shoppers Drug Mart (Fraser likes shopping!), and more. Fraser even gave me a hug and kiss when we were leaving! Mom and Dad dropped me off at 7:10, which is fine by me.
