The Canucks played Winnipeg at 7 tonight, and lost 1-0 thanks to a goal in the last 90 seconds of the game! UGH!
From Not Always Right: If someone wishes you various holiday greetings, and you are not of that persuasion, you say... "Thank you! You too!" because honestly, if you can't see past the words of the wish to its good intent, then it's not the holiday well-wisher who's broken, it's you. Be a good human. Wish someone well this holiday season. Use whatever expression you'd like.

Spotted while out with my parents on October 26 to see Uncle Stanley's female associate Sandy: Dr. Simmond Lee is a local dentist?!

From Youtube: Rayon Armeen Braxton was murdered?! Like rayon, the material?!

Dr. Wise's eye clinic called me at 11:40 AM to say that they had a prospective date for my cataract surgery, which they recommended I take: January 10, 2019! (a Thursday) After leaving Barry a message about it AND being interrupted by Hester about insurance, I called Chrystal at noon at work to see if we could have an annual Christmas dinner (Friday, Dec. 21 after my dentist appointment with Sean), while having COFFEE TIME! Now I can plan stuff - SO GOOD!
I went out at 2 on a 414 to see Rachel at The Caring Place, then tested my Big Crazy colander against enoki mushrooms and macaroni simultaneously - EVERYTHING WORKS WITHOUT LOSING FOOD TO THE HOLES! YAY! The Canucks played Los Angeles at 7 tonight; the game went to overtime, and the Kings won 2-1.
Lucas and Boney have made it to Alec's former cabin on Mount Oriander in Chapter 4 of MOTHER 3. The cabin appears to have been destroyed by a direct lightning strike...

I went out at 10:30 this morning on a 401 and mailed Christmas cards / Vancouver postcards / various stickers to Steph / Lisa / Fraser / Henry / Havarti, Paul Classy, Shiv in Germany, Mandy B. (dazzamre), Julie (julie709), Kitty (
bornwitch / dutch_kitty), Kelli (neonrose5), Mandy B. (dazzamre), Corey (dwcorey), and Jimmy... that cost $16.91! Vancouver trams, Canadian grey wolves, BC Place, Gastown steam clock, RCMP officer on a horse, moose / squirrels / grizzly bears / Bighorn sheep, Science World, aerial map with orca whale / Canadian provinces and territories, Stanley Park totem poles, Harbour Centre and Canada Place, Coal Harbour and Stanley Park, Canadian Rockies grizzly bear, False Creek and Granville Street Bridge, and a downtown Vancouver panorama! I also bought new size 10 Jockey underwear at the Bay... luckily for me, it was on sale! Barry saw me on my way to the bus stop, and honked - I had to go around to the car's window in order to recognize him! I got home at 11:35 on a 407, which is fine. More time to do stuff for me!

Barbarella Buchner married her two cats?! Reminds me of Duran Duran's song ELECTRIC BARBARELLA.

Troian Bellisario?! Reminds me of Trojan condoms or Deanna Troi, hahaha.
