It's International Sushi Day today! I left at 3:30 on a 401 to get a dynamite roll from Edo Japan plus some Nestea lemon green iced tea. Also, I know what happens now when I get into Facebook status tagging jail on mobile: Sentry Block will come up and say I can't post whatever I wanted to. Then I went to London Drugs to get a ream of Natural Choice multipurpose paper (500 sheets!) and two Sterilite Ultra-Seal pitchers or jugs. Guess they didn't have any summer jugs like I was thinking of... I got home at 4:40 on a 407.

PRODUCT WARNING: I am banning Winter Creek oysters from my place. I can't open them even WITH the jar opener!


Since I now can't open the pesky Winter Creek raw oyster jars even WITH the jar opener, I decided to go return them at Price Smart when I went out at 5:30 on a 407. No, I didn't care if they were marked as waste, customer service person! I'M STILL GOING TO RETURN THEM! While I was there anyway, I got easier-to-open Mac's raw oysters / on-sale Ivory body wash x2 (original and lavender!) / Welch's prune juice (I made sure it could be opened while at the store) / on-sale Five Alive juice. I also went to the bank - and waited for a bit in line - to finally cash Lena's $25 US cheque, which came out to $32.20 in Canadian money, AND it was free for me! Then I went to London Drugs to buy Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa cough syrup x2 (I got the cashier to open them!) and extra-large Ziploc bags x2, getting home at 7 on a 407. Phew!

Barry called a bit ahead of schedule (as usual!), but I was ready to leave. Couldn't find brown rice sushi at the store, but perhaps it was too early in the day at 10 AM. I did get on-sale Kraft Dinner which can be microwaved ($1 each!), IOGO yogurt (key lime pie / caffelatte / strawberry parfait / raspberry-chocolate / creme caramel), on-sale Hon's beef / chicken / pork / vegetarian potstickers, on-sale almond milk x3, and on-sale toilet paper. Also bought on-sale Green Giant mixed frozen vegetables, abalone / ham noodles, barbecue chicken satay noodles, perogies, spicy beef noodles, Ivory body wash x2 (waterlily / aloe), bananas, and a cute stuffed animal for Ayler. Should be good enough for me, even if YM doesn't work for now!
