I showered and then had to do MORE laundry on the third floor because my grey sweatshirt somehow got damp from laying it on the carpet!

Edit at 12:10 AM - Paulo came over at 11:55, and has already found TWO dead mice on glue traps in the corner! No wonder I smelled something decomposing last week! I also got him to replace my old shower curtain from 2010 or so, since it had mold. We talked about the Canadian coronavirus cases, and there are a lot in Quebec and Ontario! There are definitely ten cases at Richmond Hospital, from what he's been told! Everything has indeed been shut down - not even the families can visit because they'll go outside and pick up germs, which won't be very good for those patients! He recommended I replace my Splashee Softee taupe bath mat since the tread seems to be gone, and I might slip. Probably a good idea for the future! I should have gotten him to check the other corner, but things seem okay right now. I definitely had rubber gloves, Kleenex, plastic bags, and a garbage bag at the ready! When he left just now, I thanked him.

After my intake session with Rishu at Touchstone at 3 (leaving at 2:20 on a 401), I went shopping at the Dollar Tree / London Drugs / Big Crazy after killing time at the Richmond Public Market beforehand. I got Hunt's Snack Packs pudding cups x5 (vanilla / ice cream sandwich / butterscotch / lemon meringue pie / chocolate) at the Dollar Tree, Samyang Fire Noodles x2 (Carbo Cheese and Spicy Cheese - one each for Paulo) / Knorr hot and sour soup mix x5 at Big Crazy, plus butterfly and flower stickers for Nephew #3, Dove Nourishing Rituals shampoo and conditioner (Avocado Calendula and Coconut Lime), and PURELL hand sanitizer x2 at London Drugs. I finally got home at 5:55 on a 407, and had noticed several old ladies with SECURED shopping carts, so futzed around a little until I found the Velcro closure on mine at the end. SUCCESS! FINALLY SECURED MINE! Maybe the contents won't fall down anymore!

After COFFEE TIME, I went out at 2 on a 414 for my appointment with Rachel at The Caring Place. Then I went to get 48 on-sale chewable Pepto-Bismol tablets at London Drugs. The pharmacy next door has a bottle of 24 for $6.99, but the sale price of $8.49 at London Drugs is better, especially since the pharmacy doesn't have the bigger size. I also got on-sale store brand plastic wrap, 400 Mead index cards, and on-sale Dawn dish detergent before getting home at 3:55 on a 407.
