COFFEE TIME! The Canucks played Carolina today at 11 AM, but lost 4-3 in overtime and the shootout. I found four packs of Vedan Bah Kut tea noodles that expired on Jan. 25, one pack of Mamee chicken noodles that expired on Jan. 29, and three packs of Mamee vegetarian noodles that expired on Jan. 26 - I'll be eating them all in the next week! INSTANT RAMEN NOODLES FOR DAYS!

I showered today once Jon switched my childcare dates from Tuesday to Wednesday, and Mom said "can you tell me whether there will be autism on Tuesday or Wednesday this week?" What the heck?! HAHAHA! I also accidentally overdosed on those Vitamin D gummies, but called the nurses hotline at 811. They were professional and very helpful (and I got through in 30 seconds despite the Reddit fear-mongering about the coronavirus), directed me to Poison Control, and all I have to do is chill on the gummies till the weekend. Nice!

I left at 1:35 and just managed to get the 414 at the non-existent 56447 bus stop - PHEW! Went to London Drugs and bought on-sale limited-edition Lays Chips in Cheese Onion and Spicy Cheddar, on-sale McSweeney's Premium Jerky and Meat Snacks Canadian Maple pork jerky, on-sale McSweeney's original and Cracked Black Pepper and Teriyaki beef jerky, a dark blue MARTEX bath towel, NEW Strawberry-Banana Tic Tacs Mixers, and some on-sale Royal Dansk butter cookies for Deb and Dylan. Then I went to see Rachel at the Caring Place, which went fine even after talking about two weeks ago. I got home at 5:15 on a 401, no thanks to a delay. Now I am going to relax! I also just checked my mail - someone sent me THE FARTING ANIMALS COLORING BOOK (M.T. Lott) via Amazon recently... NICE! The amount of white packing Styrofoam material inside the Amazon envelope was not so nice, though! (I should pack it up and send it to Jimmy, ha ha ha... he supposedly HATES it!)

Edit: The surprise in the mail turned out to be from Alice again - AWESOME!

Andre Stelter added me to Facebook - hey, he is a Canucks fan, so why not? I finally got back home at 3:35 on a 407 (going out at 2:10 on a 401) after buying two blue replacement $20 Snapware 35.2L storage containers for my "useless" Sterilite Corp / Sterilite Corporation latched 26L containers x2 / a "useless" Rubbermaid latched 28.4 L container from the nearby London Drugs. One of the lids is dirty, so I disinfected it when I got home. Yay for stepladders and helpful employees when I could find them at the store!

Then I decided to go out AGAIN at 4:45 on a 401 to the Ironwood London Drugs, even with reduced Sunday bus schedules. I went to Shoppers at Richmond Centre first to buy Uncle Ben's Rice x2 (Long Grain and Wild Fine Herbs / Wholegrain and Wild Garden Herb) for November appointment planning. However, I also had to go back across the street to Shoppers Drug Mart from Brighouse Station because the employee there had failed to give my Shoppers Optimum card back to me after I paid for my rice, which did NOT help!

When I finally got the next 408 Ironwood at 5:30, I discovered that a Z-Grip pen had somehow FALLEN APART in my small reusable bag - WTF? Another one was unretracted, so I had to get rid of all that detritus on the bus. At least I finally got my third and final two blue replacement $20 Snapware 35.2L storage container at London Drugs, plus a Purell hand sanitizer because I didn't have one in my small reusable bag for some reason. The expiry date is in March 2021, so it's fine to just chill in there for two and a half years! I FINALLY got home at 6:50 on a 401 when it was getting dark, since I had no patience to wait for the 407.

I got two new homemade soaps, a brief note thanking me for my online Twitch support, and a Ness from Earthbound perler from Cuya in the mail yesterday - NICE! I discovered SURPRISE REDRUM this morning - UGH! Good thing I already had a pad in from yesterday's crap! So then I had to go to London Drugs AGAIN to get some much-needed bulk pads, which I should have just done yesterday while I was there anyway... sigh.

Then I had to walk to the bank to get a NEW chip-enabled debit card since the magnetic strip didn't work, and then return the Winter Creek oysters at Price Smart since I forgot that I'd banned it because I couldn't open them even with the jar opener! No, I didn't care that they couldn't resell it! The customer service worker was named Gunya - WTF?! I simply got easier-to-open and less expensive on-sale Mac's Oysters as a replacement (no more less expensive Fanny Bay oysters!), while deciding "fuck this lineup at the express lane" and going to self-checkout instead.

While I was there, I went to the liquor store to get NEW limited-edition Innis and Gunn Mangoes on the Run mango IPA / NEW Hires Cream Soda and Vodka / NEW limited-edition Snapple Spiked RaspCherry Tea Vodka. (the sale on the Snapple ends today!) Got home at 11:05 on a 407 to unload and rest a bit before going out again. While I was not feeling too terrible, I went to Richmond Centre at 2:35 on a 401 for some new shorts since an old pair met with a poop accident.

H and M did not have what I was looking for, and neither did Sportscheck with their Underarmour shorts. I went into Champs, where I lucked into a 2 for 1 sale on shorts, so of course I took advantage of it, buying two pairs of CSG Black Advancer shorts for $38.08! Then I remembered to check out Shoppers for a frozen Pad Thai meal, which they had, and it was even on sale for $3! Finally got home at 4:30 on a 401, deciding not to wait for the 407 in the hot weather with the frozen meal. Then I emailed Chinese Eric to see if we could hang out for his birthday on August 15!
