After DOUBLE COFFEE TIME since I got up at 7:30 AM, I left at 2:10 on the C94 for my therapy appointment with Rachel at The Caring Place, definitely intending to bring up Jimmy's rage / brain injury and everything else! Good thing I checked my Google Calendar, which did NOT notify me of my appointment, because I wrote down the wrong time to LEAVE! I would have been totally fucking late if I hadn't! During the session, I even brought stuff up about Korey and Mike and Native Lisa Bruce! Boundaries and validation are GOOD! I got home at 3:55 on a 407, thanks to just managing to get a 410 and a 407 in quick succession!

I had COFFEE TIME, showered, and did laundry before leaving at 2:30 to see Rachel at The Caring Place. Also had to field a reminder phone call from Uncle Andrew's office (which I guess is now Sean's) about tomorrow's dentist appointment. They wanted me to come in at 3:30 instead of 4 - I guess so...

Went to London Drugs for more on-sale Scotties Kleenex (6x140 EnviroCare this time), chocolate Oreo Thins cookies / vanilla Oreo Thins cookies for Eat An Oreo Day today, and a small (more portable) Rubbermaid 37L storage box for my room. Thanks to a 407 which waited for me, I was home at 4 instead of a later time. After sending me a message earlier, Andrew M. called at 5:50 to wonder whether this weekend would be a good time for the new computer, and warned me that I'd be without the machine from sometime on Friday to sometime on Sunday. Discussed Cultus Lake, $40 cash money, going to the States for cheaper gas every couple of weeks, birthdays, having a life, seeing his girls, and more. This weekend should definitely be fine, I told him.

I went out at 1 on a C94 to go to the Brighouse Library mini book sale, which I'd heard about yesterday on Facebook Events, eventually buying Age of Iron (Angus Watson), The City Stained Red (Sam Sykes, who also happens to be Diana Gabaldon's son!), The Dinosaur Lords (Victor Milan), The Awakened Mage (Karen Miller), and The Boleyn Inheritance (Philippa Gregory) - not bad for $2.75! Then I went to KFC at Richmond Centre for two chicken wings because of CHICKEN WING DAY, which proved to be more expensive overall at $5.55 than six pieces for $9. The last stop was Shoppers Drug Mart, where I took advantage of the sale on Ben and Jerry's ice cream: Chocolate Fudge Brownie / NEW Peanut Butter Half-Baked! I got home at 2:10 on a 401 since I didn't want to risk the ice cream melting in the heat, as I'd just missed the 407.
