Eric Ho called me at 10:30 PM, but I was busy with stuff online, so didn't notice until I checked my Caller ID at 11. Then he called me back at 11:30, and we talked about his coming over tomorrow for the NHL 100th Anniversary Winter Classic (I'll believe it when I see it), Nathan supposedly being in town recently (I swear I heard about this as well), the "yearly hangout" email subject line, his being sick and busy lately (I got that impression from his email), and my telling him about something later. It was truly good to catch up with him briefly, and it'll be more awesome if I see him tomorrow!

I woke up at 8 AM today, so it was COFFEE TIME BY DEFAULT! Later on, I learned that I'm an aunt again to Nephew #4, Henry, who was born at about 6 AM! I approve of the first and middle names.

In FINAL FANTASY VI: THE ETERNAL CRYSTALS, Strago and the party defeat Astos the Dark Elf and his Dark Goblins on Ebot's Rock north of Mysidia. The player discovers that Gungho was faking his injuries, then the party leaves town. On the way out, they come across Gungho, who asks: "Everything okay?"

Since I got up at 7 AM today, it was COFFEE TIME BY DEFAULT! Then I had to call Shaw since unplugging and plugging both my modem and router back in did not work for some reason. It turned out that I'd inadvertently unplugged the "send / receive" cable or wire from the Motorola modem; whoops! At least the plug was on the floor, not the back of the computer tower!
